1. Good Location where the property is situated. 2. Good room (No. 101) with hall provided at reasonable rate. 3. Close proximity to shops, supermarket, restaurant etc. 4. Comfortable Beds. 5. Bath Towel & Toiletries provided. 6. Owner was good to allot us a room on the 1st floor as the building does not have lift.

Compared to other rates in the town, this was a bargain. The room was very large, even if the bathroom was tiny. Central location is walking distance to shops.
