We have booked Two units (2-Bedrooms) at Al Diyafa Hotel for the night of 11th April, once we reached the hotel they said they are fully booked, even showing the confirmation there was chance to accommodate us however they have offered the adjacent hotel called "Triple Tree" mentioning that it's a sister property, we had to move there and checked in in unit # 202 & 204, as soon as we checked in we found the bedside lamps were missing in 202, a clorex/detergent strong smell in 204 and both rooms AC remote batteries and some remotes were not working , apart from that the AC in living area of 204 was leaking water, we have called to fix it, a bell man approached and took a picture of the AC and asked to wait for the maintenance, we have waited for 30min no one appeared however we had to move out for Dinner. The actual story begins here once we return from Dinner at around 01:30am "we have found our apartment completely changed, imagine a complete AC unit was removed from the wall, water and wires piece all around the floor, sofas were moved, the occupied apartment was converted to an out of order condition. I was shocked how they did all this in our absence and no body bother to call even. When I asked the night receptionist, he said he is unaware of all this and nobody from previous shift has given any follow-up, however he offered a room move but it was very inconvenience for us to move all stuff and kids were sleeping too hence I have refused and we manage to avoid using a living area until our check out time.

The rooms are huge and clean, i was in the vip room and it was nice, the view also is nice
