“Cleanliness was below average and being served rotten cherry tomatoes at breakfast was not good guest experience”
I had written to the property to request a quiet room on first or second floor but they gave us a basement room. This was also our experience in Akyaka Liya hotel, but they were able to move us to a second floor room, because I had written to them and they kindly arrange a better room. I have booked two accommodations via booking.com and realized that property owners tend to give you their worst rooms which has put me off booking via your website. The only thing I liked about this last property is that the receptionist Mustafa finally (after five minutes of stating they were full and didn’t have another room), upon seeing my unhappiness about the basement room, especially shower cubicle full of mould and limescale) he consulted his boss and gave us another room on ground floor which was a bit better. He called it “upgrade” without additional charge to me, because he wanted us to be happy. He’s professional and speaks two languages which is commendable and useful for customer services.

“Good location but poor management”
The hotel location looks over a beautiful bay of Bodrum. The sea was clean and full of fishes. The hotel premise was good with car park.

the service was top, the private beach area plus extra shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back made it so relaxing and special. The garden and pool area are very nice. It was a last minute booking and they arranged early check in with just a short notice

Breakfast, service, pool was very good. Administrator Oner’s assistance was excellent, he made an early check-in for us. Excellent breakfast is served in a cosy garden 😍 Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is cosy and well located, it is within a short walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed the nice pool and the tasty breakfast. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.
