It was quiet and a lovely little cabin. It had a little kitchenette that we used. It was a pleasure to be able to cook something. It was even better being able to sit outside for a coffee nd a bacon sandwich breakfast.

Hot tub is amazing, very picturesque location, the northern lights were spectacular!

Cabin was peaceful, tucked away in the woods. I had a wander around the woods and grounds but did not have time to use the outdoor grill or hot tub. It was well equipped and had some cooking essentials as well. It is a short walk down to the harbour, where there are nice buildings and a restaurant, but the night I checked (Monday), it was by reservation only.

I wish I could've stayed here for a few days. The area is beautiful, the cabin was very pleasant and clean. I loved the hot tub by night. When I go back to Iceland I hope I get to go back here too!

Location beautiful. Cabin very cute. Handy enough for Akureyri by car. Host available if needed. hottub was nice even in very cold weather. Host understanding and polite.

“Most amazing stay in Iceland”

A cozy cabin in the woods perfect for our holiday! It was the only place in Iceland where the hosts put the extra work and the cabin was equipped with bath robes, coffee, tea & spices. The hosts were the most amazing people really helpful and sweet. We stayed during some crazy snowy days and they constantly kept cleaning the roads! We loved it and we will be back soon ❤️

This wee cottage was very cozy and warm. Very private tucked away in the bush. Hot tub was an added bonus after a long day.

We had a wonderful holiday in Iceland, and this cabin was perfect! It was cozy, well-equipped, and set in a beautiful, quiet location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway! Hottub was a nice extra!
