“Incredible hotel let down by old rooms”
The grounds, pools and facilities were fantastic. Everything was very well kept, we loved the mangrove and jungle walkways between Facilities, the numerous pools were all great. We benefitted from the booking.com upgrade to VIP allowing us to use the adult only TRS complex and restaurants were which all brilliant. Buffet was great with a vast variety of food and the a la carte restaurant we tried served good quality food (but portions a little small for us). The numerous bars around were all great with quick service, generous measures and limited queues. Overall the hotel complex and facilities were really great.

“I had a good time.”
Food was good. Pool was big and lots of loungers. Nice bathroom in hotel room. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurants were good.

Poor quality of food and drink Restaurants offering limited and very few seats available: food was barely edible in most cases Service and rooms not in line with expectations (Suite was just a double room) Room furnitures and bathroom old fashioned and needs a refurbishment To get a sunbed was a warfare and half of the beach in front of the resort wasn't usable due to wildlife
