Clean and maintained to a high standard. Well laid out gardens and the beach was kept clean and free of seaweed despite challenging conditions

The property altogether , flora , fauna , birds , food , very kind and helpful personnel , it was a great choice and I recommend it . They also have many activities so you wouldn’t get bored .

It was really nice and good value for the money. The beach was a bit dirty and the pictures don’t look exactly like the place. The food was really nice and make sure to book the Japanese restaurant it was the best.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was great. Grounds were well kept and spacious. Lots of activities.

The grounds were beautiful. Food at the a la carte restaurants was amazing. Evening entertainment was very good. The resort was overall quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of fish to see while snorkeling in front of the beach.

“Beautiful Staff, Food, Property”

Adult only, beautiful foliage, very friendly staff, cute wildlife, excellent food quality & selection, property not too big, free Bali beds, no wrist bands, unlimited beach towels, no towel cards, rooms cleaned thoroughly, beds comfortable, pillow choice. Enjoyed the Lomas More Inclusive which included free airport transportation.

It’s perfectly fine to spend a couple of days at the beach. The staff is generally very friendly and accommodating. First time at an all inclusive, and we were pleasantly surprises about the food quality and variety, the holiday atmosphere, and nice settings

Al a carte restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and choices. All the staff were friendly and gave great service. The resort was very walkable for seniors with most facilities accessible. The shuttle service around the resort was excellent other than rude younger groups of tourists who would push on and take seats when you were waiting first. Valets at lobby we’re the best at getting you the perfect ride and helping when our shuttle to the airport was stuck in traffic jam.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our family, and we were pleasantly surprised by the service and how nice the staff were in this hotel. The online reviews were not good, so we worried about staying here for a family wedding, but I have to say we didn’t have any issues with our rooms or the food while we were there. To be honest, I don’t think this hotel deserves the bad reviews I had previously read. This is a lower budget hotel than we are used to staying in, but the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it is a very relaxing hotel with many little beach front areas around palm trees to chill out in. We were upgraded to a swim-out room in the top VIP section of the hotel, which had its own pool, pool bar and restaurant, which we really enjoyed. This hotel had a great Mexican party night, with a huge buffet on the beach and Mexican show that all the family loved. They had great live bands playing in the beach bar at night and if you are into foam parties they had those too. We personally prefer to relax in quiet areas, but it was nice to have the choice to party or chill out. Overall this is a nice budget hotel, surrounded by plenty of beaches, cenotes and parks to visit and it is a good location in Riviera Maya, if you would like to venture outside of your hotel.
