“Excellent place to have a peaceful vacations”

Beautiful place !! The staff was amazing this is my third time coming in and has exceeded my expectations. One of my family members got sick and they even offered medical service and cooked special food to help feeling better.

“Perfect for Honeymoon”

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.

The pools were nice The buffet was good the transportations to, and from the other hotels were good. and the entertainment at night was also good.

I did like the option to go to all of the locations via the trolleys they had. I thought the buffets were pretty good and the fresh cooked buffet chefs were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful!!!

“Chill vibes to stay”

Adult only hotel. Quiet and chill vibes. You can access adult only beach in the same hotel resort, the beach bar & all hotel's buffet. Breakfast and silence disco are big highlight to recommend!

The Staff are great, very polite and attentive. The resort is nice and quiet with a very relaxed vibe. Food choices are good, with a mix of buffet and restaurant variations.

1. Swimming pools have sooo loud and obnoxious music that you hear it a mile away in far away rooms - and can't read, focus, relax or enjoy your vacation. 2. Time slot for lunch is too narrow, should be till later, I was walking hungry as buffet was closed after 3pm! :( 3. The pool snack bar with food is NOT open 24/7 as they advertsise - it's very filthy, not cleaned enough, bathroom there is nasty filthy, and they never have any fruits there after first one disappears.

Usually when I go to all inclusive resorts the food isn’t that good but here the food is AMAZING! Listen, you will surely enjoy the all inclusive benefits of this resort. The drinks are also well done, they have great chefs and bartenders.

“Great hotel but I would not consider it a 5 stars”

The hotel was in general good, the food was plenty and well cooked. The staff was helpfull. The room was very spacious and the facilities were well preserved and great for relaxation. It was good value for the money.

loved that we had access to the other hotels as well depending on what you were looking for. The vast selection of restaurants and entertainment. Loved Sian Ka’an as it was the quietest and more chilled (adults only) resort.

Good breakfast buffet, and great dinner options. Beaches were nice and there was a good set of activities. Easy to spend a week here! S'ian Khan has a lot of rooms with jacuzzis - these are amazing! The Adults-Only aspect was useful as well.

“I didn’t like it but that’s just me”

If you are a vegetarian, do not stay here. There’s very little vegetarian options. While I understood that the beach was not on the adults only property, I was taken aback by the small beach area for adults.
