I like the location very good only very difficult to find the food . But doesn’t matter . Everything it very excellent.

“Great spot to relax”

The apartment was the perfect place to relax and do laundry after a tour of the desert. Very comfortable and well stocked, and the reception team was very helpful. Breakfast and the restaurant downstairs were very convenient. The location is an easy taxi-ride away from the main part of the city but we appreciated this - the coastal area was more relaxing and chill than the center city.

Clean, comfortable room with sea view. English speaking staff. Good breakfast with a wide variety of choices, also pancakes.

The massage was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and plantiful. The apartment was very clean.

Everything was good. The rooms are big and in good condition. They have a spa area that was good. And restaurant with different food options.

The hotel was wonderful and is ideally located right in front of the sea. Our room was spacious, airy, and very clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Sherzod , who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

“A very pleasant stay in a huge apartment for excellent value”

We had a very pleasant stay at Miramar Apart Hotel in Aktau. We booked via Booking.com for one night and were very impressed with the sheer size of the furnished apartment we we’re given. It was extremely good value. The breakfast buffet the next day was extensive and very fresh. There’s a spa that hotel guests can use free of charge with a pool, a sauna, jacuzzi and hammam. We felt so comfortable that, after spending a couple of days exploring Mangistau, we came back to the hotel for one additional night. The staff were kind and helpful. We very much recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent as was the comfort of the room. We arrived at 6am and were able to put us into a room immediately. we walked into town and walked back so location was good. Great views of the Caspian Sea.

Large room with good facilities including kitchenette and washing machine. Very good value for money. Didn't use hotel facilities as English communication was an issue.

“Quiet family friendly hotel”

The hotel is a bit to the side of the city, so it’s pretty quiet. The room was very spacious, the balcony enormous, the kitchen was equipped rather well. The staff is very friendly and helpful There were some issues with water supply during our stay (witch wasn’t the hotel’ fault) but the employees solved it rather quickly Overall very satisfied

“Lovely location and helpful staff.”

The location is good and seeing the sea front was pleasant but the beach wasn't very clean. The breakfast and other facilities in the hotel were good. Particularly interaction with Ainash at the reception was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed our interactions with Ainush, the lady at reception. The room is fantastic, and exactly like the photos. The location is right by a quiet beach on the Caspian. Overall a superb experience.

Great hotel, nice clean rooms and easy to get to the centre by bus, the stop is in front of the hotel. Staff is amazing, special thanks to Sherzod, who was always very kind and willing to help.
