The bed was incredibly comfy! The house doesn't look too promising from the outside, but the flat is perfectly fine. Great view, great location, easy check-in, nice host - everything amazing :)

“Window view to Caspian”

close to beach. all facilities washing machine, microwave, fridge, spare heater, crockery, window view of sea. very good value for money. Though the apartment is in Soviet old apartment building and the common area maintenance is poor as in most cases. But no one can argue the very low price for one bedroom apartment with all facilities. The lady was very helping polite and suave. The apartment faces east and you can watch a great sunrise over Caspian!!

Excellent value for money. Although the building itself is a little sketchy, the apartment is perfect. Has everything for a comfortable stay. We would have happily stayed longer.

My room was given to other guest by the owner without informing me. So I have to find another hotel to live in .She did not send me any text messages to inform me. I found out on the way to check in. The owner said she could not reach me by phone . Why not send me text messages or emails? She knew I was a foreigner. I wrote to her that I took a train from Uzbekistan to kazakhstan and she should know that there was no signal or sim card on the train. She blamed me for not answering the phone. It was very unreasonable and irresponsible.
