A cozy apartment that was conveniently located in the middle of the town . Our balcony view was beautiful with the view of the Rabati Fortress. Our hosts were very kind and warm . They made us feel at home ! Would definitely recommend this place. Hundred times better than going to a hotel.

“Very welcoming hosts at a flat with an excellent view”
Sergei and Ekatarina are astonishingly welcoming, invited us round for coffee, drinks, music and dancing. (if you speak Russian - or Armenian - you will get a fantastic conversation. If not - get a translation app on your phone before you arrive). The flat is a bed-living room with a small balcony from which you have a view of the castle and hills (photo on the site don't do justice) and separate kitchenette and bathroom with effective combi-boiler, 2 rings etc. Well refurbished inside. It is a short walk up the hill from the centre of town above the statue of Rustavelli - you can sit on the balcony and watch the townsfolk and dogs wandering around below. Access is round the back, up a shared (and slightly sketchy) staircase in the former soviet apartment block style. There are more blankets, towels, bathroom consumables and slippers than you can possibly exhaust.
