Great location and you can see the harbour from the living room. The outside courtyard would be great on a warm sunny day. The Kitchen was well appointed and got heaps of sun .

Fantastic location in historic building in heart of Akaroa. So central to restaurants, the water, the pier. Great facilities. Stayed in shoulder season when things were relatively quiet.
