The place is amazingly remote and very comfortable, ideal for a few days away from the city. The eagle show was fun and the horse riding was great, although we would like to have gone to the fairytale canyon and were taken to another canyon instead.

Super amazing stay experience! The scenery was so breathtaking that it left me completely stunned. I sat outside the hotel all day long, staring blankly. It was simply amazing. The manager and his family are all very nice. The children are super cute! There is also a chatty cat and a dog.

This hotel truly lives up to its name, it is wonderfully remote. The location is just perfect (and I definitely recommend following the host’s advice to arrive during the day). The whole team was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Our room was amazing, spacious, and offered a stunning view.

I still think about it daily you have to go and see the amazing stars, play with the cat, talk with the owners and stay at that amazing room

“Amazing night at Issyk Kul”

You cannot describe this property without starting with the location. Absolutely gorgeous and ‘remote’ describes it perfectly. So quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We woke up in the morning with the view of the sun rising over the lake. There are only 6 sleeping pods, so there are never large crowds around and the distance between the pods is such that you never hear other guests. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room price and there is also a menu with additional options. Other guests were enjoying wine with a view of the setting sun. We had a wonderful time sitting in a lounge chair by the fire as the sun went down. The showers and toilets were clean and I even had warm water in the early morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our visit.

Superb location on shores of Lake Issul. Very nice cabins with a perfect view. Perfect place to see the sun go down from the terrace at the restaurant.

“Stunning design, breathtaking location”

Stunning surroundings, beautiful architecture of the cabins and the main facilities building. Great showers, super comfortable bed and the views to die for. Nurlan and Eliza were always cheerful and helpful as was the owner Dima and his lovely sons. This was an unforgettable experience. I am glad I got to stay two nights, although could have easily stayed longer. P.S. Google maps did not find the route, but 2GIS navigation app does. From Ak Say village follow the signs to the neighbouring Feel Nomad yurt camp for 13 km. At the end you will also see a Remote sign. Phone reception cuts off when driving through the canyon but once you arrive there will be wifi.

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains, lake and canyon. The accomodation and the facilities are also pretty beauftiful and clean. Vegetarian food is also possible.

Spectacular views (canyon, huge lake and snowy mountains all in one), genuine conversation with Alina and Rusland, great hearty and healthy meals, fun moments with a dog and a cat. We can’t think of anything else to ask for!

If you don't stay here visiting Lake Issyk-Kol, consider yourself missing out! This is an absolute gem! Just driving there through Ak-Say Canyon makes it worth it already, and when you finally get to your accommodation you are surrounded by not just beautiful scenery, but a beautifully designed pod and facilities. The pod is beautiful, comfortable and heated with amazing views to watch the moon and sun rise from the comfort of your bed. The shower and toilet facilities are great! But the best part was meeting the host who knows the area very well and gave some good advice on places to visit and see. He was super friendly and made sure that your stay was as comfortable as possible. They served great food and a very good cappuccino!
