The hotel is absolutely disgusting; not even animals could stay there. Instead of focusing on opening more hotels, the owner should be undertaking a complete overhaul of this one, including replacing the furniture, changing the decor, and renovating the bathrooms.

I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my booking [Booking Number] at [Property Name/Address]. After my original booking failed, Booking.com provided an alternative property. Upon arrival, the accommodation was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unsanitary, causing significant distress, inconvenience, and negative impact on my family. This situation is unacceptable and falls short of the standards promised by Booking.com. The long waiting time and poor quality of the replacement accommodation have caused emotional distress and financial inconvenience. I demand immediate action, including: 1. Full refund of all payments made for this booking. 2. Compensation for the distress and inconvenience suffered by me and my family. 3. Assurance that Booking.com will review and improve quality control for all listed properties to prevent similar issues for other customers.
