I stay here often so they know me, I know them and they go the extra mile always. E en if something is wrong, they tend to it right away but I've only ever had an issue once and it was a hot water issue and they gave me a different room right away and that was years ago

“Comfortable, clean, and accommodating staff”
The room is very clean, bright, good temperature control and comfortable . It is equipped with everything we need like fridge and microwave, coffee/tea etc. The TV is nice big screen, and smart TV so you can sign into your apps like Netflix easily.

Room service pizza was excellent! Very cleanroom, upgraded bathroom, comfortable mattress, friendly, helpful staff. We always stay here when we visit family in Toronto...it's our preferred hotel.

“My stay was relaxing, excellent, and memorable. We all had a really great time.”
The facilities were very clean, and the room was comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. A truly memorable experience.

“Room Okay, But Not Clean”
Since we arrived after midnight we got a late- check out for free. Communication via text message was easy and convenient. The receptionists have been very friendly and informative.
