The staff very friendly and helpful, they found a mini-van taxi for us quite quickly which allowed us to go on our hike, as public transport to Gotthard Pass was not available at the time. Thank you!

“Convenient location, friendly but needs some updating”

It was convenient, the staff friendly and approachable. Excellent choices for breakfast and the food was good the previous evening.

The position was great, just before St Gotthard on our way back home, which was great as the queue at the time of arrival was about 80 minutes. The staff was super friendly specially with the kids, they did not want to leave on the following day. Breakfast was really good as well specially the biscuits prepared by the hotel. We slept as babies, thank you for the hospitality 🙏

I had a fantastic stay. Very clean and big rooms. Location is across the road from the train station. Highlight was the breakfast. Had a really pleasant time.

The restaurant was really good - they make good pizza. The location was useful for us but the view of the train station and cement factory was hardly picturesque. The room was clean. The staff helpful. The breakfast was good.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Basic hotel but clean. Room good size for a single room. Breakfast was good. Location excellent for buses and trains.

In the hotel there is also a restaurant. This is easy when you haven't much time. I think many people stay in the hotel just for one night because the position of the hotel is very strategic. A lot of people pass here when they drive to Italy. You can eat breakfast with the accomodation. You can also park your car there.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out and placement of my bike in the garage.

Staff are helpful Pizzeria provides delicious food. Just perfect for us to stay overnight in the mid-way of our trip.

Easy to locate, parked motorcycle 🏍 outside property. Hotel is old so modern touches are missing, a / c etc. Shared toilet and shower 🚿 down corridor but sink in room. Slept well in my 2 nights stay. Breakfast was fine but they had another room number on table. Waitress soon sorted it, easy chk out.

Pizza is good, but not at all for other dishes, Risotto, pasta was no taste

Very good location just opposite the railway and bus station, garage for bicycles, good Breakfast and they have a great restaurant with excellent pizzas
