Very homely! Immaculate and a huge garden the dogs loved running about out there all day! The bonus was the hot tub kids were in it all day they had a ball! Host was lovely also ❤️

Handy to get to via anywhere in the central belt close to train stations , shops and food places also bars if you like a tipple.

Stunning house, lovely location and Elaine came and said hello and explained a couple of things. Loved the wee welcome pack. Tried to book for next year, but already gone. Will definitely be booking in again when there is Availability 😊 thanks for making our hogmanay extra special. My wee one loved it. We were so relaxed and just so much better than what we thought and we thought it was going to be amazing anyway and it was just what we needed!

We loved Pippin Cottage. It was spotlessly clean and cosy and had everything you could need for a perfect relaxing break. The host Elaine, was so kind and welcoming. There was a nice welcome pack in the cottage. She also had the hot tub on and warmed up for. We will most definitely be back. Susan & Ian Simpson

“Amazing for families and couples to relax”

The hosts were absolutely amazing, on hand for any help or directions etc, the home was beautiful and in such a quiet area, it was lovely and clean, the hot tub area was a favourite for our stay, so relaxing, the home had everything you could need which is great and not far from local shops etc, can’t wait to book to come back! The garden was so big and enclosed which is great for my daughter who likes to escape 😂

Quiet area but not too far from local shop etc. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival was a nice touch, very clean and host had the cottage very well equipped with everything necessary. Loved the fact dogs are welcome too our girl enjoyed the enclosed garden.

You can not fault anything. The hist is so lovely, rhe property us beautiful, the bed is so comfy, in a quiet area with lot's if walking ti be done and you have the hot tub.

“Brilliant wee cottage, ideal for what we needed!”

Location was perfect lovely and quiet. Ideal for us travelling into close by places to visit family and travel to sight see. Hot tub was brilliant the kids loved it, enclosed large back garden which was brilliant for the dog. Lovely wee arrival pack with tea sugar coffee juice etc, Towels ready for arrival. Cottage very clean and aired on arrival. And as my teenage kids said wow this cottage has WIFI this was a bonus !
