Great Place. Food. Sandy Beach. Reception. Hotel capacity was perfect although it was almost full capacity but i didn't feel any crowding. Super market very good prices beside the hotel entrance. apartement facilities. covered cozy pool Shower drain was not functioning perfectly and asked for fixing it. and problem fixed immediately. Bed sheets wasn't so clean in my opinion and the hotel took my complaint seriously and changed every thing i didn't like on the spot and then provided an oriental sweet plate as a gift.

“we had a good stay”
We had a great stay! The kids loved it, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that there wasn’t a microwave in the kitchen . it would be really useful, especially for families with small children who need to warm milk or food.

“Do Not Recommend”
The elevators smelled like oil. There were long hair strands scattered in the room. I could see a couple of stains on the couch. There was a red dot on the bed sheets. The toilet seat looked used and abused. Way too expensive for what it offers.

The manager Ali Ahmed from front reception was very nice to manage exursions. The nice new year party, the food was in the brrakfest and dinner very nice, especially cooking omlets or pastas.

The hotel has a sandy and peaceful beach, perfect for relaxation. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were very friendly. It’s a nice hotel for families. The aqua park, though smaller than expected, was still enjoyable. The pools were kept clean.
