Our stay at this stunning beachfront resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel incredibly valued. I had a wonderful stay at Cancun Sokhna Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great atmosphere for families and relaxation. The food was excellent with a good variety of options, and the animation team provided entertaining activities throughout the stay, creating a vibrant and enjoyable experience for both adults and children. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was impressed by the fast response to any request. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Mr. Mostafa Elmasry from the Reception team for his warm hospitality and professionalism, and to Mr. Mostafa Sleem for his excellent leadership of the Housekeeping team, whose efforts were clearly reflected in the cleanliness and comfort of the resort. Overall, a great resort that I would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Amazing stay! The private pool villas are fantastic—spacious, very clean, and offer excellent privacy for a family vacation. The pool area is beautiful and well-kept. Massive thanks to the entire staff; the service here is top-notch, professional, and everyone greets you with a smile. Will definitely be coming back! Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa Selim, the Housekeeping Manager, as well as Ahmed and Mohamed from the housekeeping team. They were very proactive, regularly checking if we needed anything, and they responded promptly to all our calls and requests. We also truly appreciated the support of the restaurant management. We had lost our son’s jacket, and thanks to their assistance and the lost-and-found team, it was quickly located and returned to us.
