“Very disappointing experience”
The staff was rude on the phone, they asked for more than 2 hours to complete some paperwork and they wouldn’t allow us to enter the property until the paperwork is done. They basically wanted us to wait for 2 hrs in the car. We ended up cancelling the reservation. Overall very disappointing experience.
