“Terrible experience”

Very bad experience! We booked for 3 nights and had no hot water during our stay. The owners never apologized and never informed us about the state of the reparation. In addition, the apartment was dirty, old, smelled of damp and lacked kitchen utensils or they didn't work. Most of the lamps didn't work and had no bulbs. There was no dischcloth, the coffee maker didn't work and there was only a small spoon and a bowl, even though the apartment is designed for four people. Despite our reques to get more furnitures, we received nothing. We also asked for additional toilet paper but received nothing. We had received a message assuring us that the swimming pool would be ready for the weekend and when we arrived, it was closed, there wasn't even any water in it. Finally, it was stated that the apartment had a washing machine. The washing machine didn't work because there was no hot water and was actually in a dirty common room for all the tenants. We only stayed 2 nights instead of 3 because the conditions were terrible, especially considering the price of the stay.
