“quirky decor and lots of interesting things to look at”
this is a fun property to stay in. there are lots of odd items and old books to look at. the owner kindly provided us with coffee pods and a bottle of pineau. the shower worked well and we played a couple of games of chess.

“Interesting and intriguing house in the countryside!”
As the owner describes the house as ”full of charm” and this place is for sure full of character and out of the ordinary! Old house renovated with a rustic feeling coming from wooden beams and stairs and furniture. And of course, not to forget, all the original antique decoration objects all over the house. It works to give an atmosphere (wondering how this will work out with dust over time, but it was ok so far). The house is fully equipped with large kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, large open living room, barbecue and terrace. Good location, with easy access to the seaside and also the Marais Poitevin. Great for running in the countryside with a lake nearby. Lots of shops and supermarket in the village nearby. The owner is welcoming and friendly. Good value for money overall.
