“Pleasant out of the way stay on way back to Calais. Clean, great room but lacking atmosphere.”
The room was clean and beautifully presented. It was a great size too. Parking plentiful. Building is ancillary to a large country house at the end of a long driveway. Owner very helpful.

The owner, Elisabeth, was very accommodating to our much later than planned arrival time, despite her having to attend to an urgent family matter. The bedroom and sitting room were nicely appointed with far reaching views over the adjoining countryside. Unlike some other reviews, we had no problem with the long entrance driveway.

The location was gAthoughood in very nice countryside & approximately 3 miles from a main road & close to the A28. The rooms were clean & well furnished. The staff were friendly & helpful.
