The utensils are broken, that's very dangerous for customers to use while dining.

Even though quite old, it was maintained well. Felt it was in a bit unsafe an area, so didn’t venture out after dark. There were also some shady characters roaming about.

the hotel was actually quite nice. The location was great, and the king suite room we stayed in had a really lovely view of the Sabarmati River. The hotel did feel a bit old, not a brand-new kind of place, but it had a royal touch with somewhat standard yet elegant interiors. So, it’s not like a super luxurious seven-star type of place, but it’s definitely not bad at all

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was especially moved by Kamlesh, who, despite being deaf and unable to speak, is truly an inspirational individual. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the hotel owner for employing people with impairments, as it speaks volumes about their commitment to inclusivity. From the security staff to the front desk and the Citrus Restaurant, every department provided outstanding service. I was fortunate to be upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, with chandeliers, a large bathroom, and even a second toilet. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Sabarmati River Front from my room—an unexpected and delightful bonus. The location of the hotel is also ideal, situated in the city center and within easy reach of shopping centers and the airport. My stay was both relaxing and productive, and I left feeling thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the quality of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank all departments for making my stay a memorable one.

The staff are friendly. Nice and clean. Luggage storage facility though it does charge a little fee for it.
