Breakfast area was a mess. Tables were not cleared for nearly 20 minutes. Looked like it was grossly understaffed. Staffs were running around getting a soda for a table, coffee for another, eggs for another but no one could find time to clear the used up tables so that new guests can sit. The lady and the guy at the entry to the breakfast area was letting in guests without offering a table to sit. A little more organised set up and a session to sensitising the staffs about work load management (prioritising) can give a better experience to the guests.

“It’s no way near to be a 5 star hotel.”
Breakfast time, staff communication was the biggest problem. They never understood what I wanted….disappointed! Requested to see a manager couple of times over breakfast but no response.
