I had a wonderful stay at Raj Ratna Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly memorable. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all amenities I needed.

There was no hot water available in rooms, no geysers fitted. TV was not in working condition No electricity from 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm in evening no back up power supply, full darkness in entire hotel. Lifts always working only upto two floors, above floors you will have to climb. Lift was totally not working on second day. All Taps have leakage and you can't sleep full night due to sound of water. No cleanliness in full room and toilet. Curtains very very dirty and towels very bad condition Cockroach found on beds. Staff not at all cooperative & rude.

Nothing, because this place is a SCAM...beware.. They take your money/ deposit...they contact you with regard to check in details..etc.. But .when you arrive..they immediately tell you that.." FOREIGNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.".... The whole process is a set up. BOOKING.COM..should be ashamed and apologetic for advertising such a place.
