For 5 days we had warm/hot water only once and it last for one shower. The rest of the time the water was cold.

“Hospitable and peaceful place to stay near Kabalana beach”

Very friendly and helpful staff, they really put an effort in giving us and our children a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful and just a 2 minute tuktuk ride away from the beautiful Kabalana beach.

It was an amazing stay — finally a place where you can truly relax in Kabalana. The hotel is close to the beach, within walking distance (about 10 minutes), but still quiet and peaceful, away from the traffic of the main road. You can actually hear nature here. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The shower was honestly the best I had in Sri Lanka — strong water pressure, hot water, and a really good flow. The whole space feels comfortable and easy to be in, and the pool is great too. Above all, the staff are incredible. They genuinely try to help with everything. I arrived at 8am, long before check-in, and they let me in straight away. I also needed a very late check-out and they were flexible and supportive, even keeping my luggage for me. Truly amazing.

Booked the triple room for me and my wife for the extra space as double room was too small. Was comfortable space. Food was pretty good compared to other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka.

Very quiet place, a bit far from the main road, but not a problem for me. About 7’ walking to the beach ( which is the best beach I’ve seen in Sri Lanka ) Room & bathroom are big Bed was comfortable Breakfast was ok

Good location just back from the main drag, great pool close enough to the beach and amenities. The young (maybe manager?) was so attentive and lovely throughout the whole stay.

Rooms are large, and beds are comfortable and clean.

The staff are super friendly and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Our initial room AC was not working, but they changed it and upgraded us to the suite immediately Sri lankan breakfast was also very tasty.

There were lots of mosquitos. The hotel should do mosquito fogging. The room door lock was not properly working.
