“Great authentic hacienda in a lovely small village”

First of all the real experience of staying in such a place was extraordinary. I felt like a real local person. This is a real local house so expect everything that comes with it (even the nearby chickens and goats that will wake you up at dawn :) It is spacious. There is a bar on the same street with the server knowing everything. The parking is down the hill but totally safe. The city is very small and quiet with 2 local stores and one all the way down by the main street has fresh bread and the cafe next door serves fresh coffee and local breakfast and has a very authentic feel. The place is city is very quiet, the views are magnificent and walking down the streets is a great experience. We were driving around Gomera so for us it was no problem going up and down but getting there and even spending a night there makes you a appreciate the world we live in and how people can adapt to different environments.

Solo traveller with no car - I think this place would be more appreciated by a couple/family with a car. People who are more interested in hiking than staying in one spot. Positives: nice clean appartement, nice terrace with view of the sea and Teide, beautiful village

Getting the code for the door key and wifi might be an issue if you don’t use WhatsApp - they did not message it through the booking.com app or to my phone prior to arrival, and it was necessary to call the owner. It was a comfortable house, looking out to the sea. The bedroom had two single beds jammed into a narrow room, making it impossible to get access to the wardrobe. The house is quite spacious and comfortable, but there is nowhere to sit outside. Some maintenance to the shower, fogged windows, and a change of colour scheme would be a major improvement.

The view was very nice. Quiet location in a narrow street with shop and 2 restaurants nearby. The apt is basic. Owner Isaac went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He brought a small heater when the weather turned colder and windier

Exceptional! Far bigger than we imagined & right in the heart of the old town. I hadnt anticipated the view from the balcony .... breathtaking. This is hardly an apartment really but a full house with all the amenities working as required. We didnt worry about the parking until we got there & we are so glad it didnt put us off. It's very easy to simple drop the bags off & find street parking just 200 meters away. Checking in was a breeze too 👊

Amazing location in Agulo. The apartment has an ocean view. There's a small kitchenette and a living room with a sofa and a table, Be wary that parking in Agulo is very limited so I recommend you park on the outskirts of the town and take a walk.

“A peaceful and spacious place to stay in lovely Agulo”

My partner and I stayed in the apartment without a terrace in the middle of January. It wasn't cold at all and we felt perfectly warm in the flat. There are windows in the bedroom, sitting area and kitchen looking out onto an unobstructed view of the sea and Tenerife. The neighbourhood was completely quiet and peaceful, and the beds were comfy, so we slept really well. Everything was clean and we felt at home. I recommend this place to everyone because Agulo is a really enchanting village and the flat was a very relaxing place to stay in. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to prepare dinner and breakfast with ease. The bathroom was also great! It would also be ideal to stay here for several days because of the space and storage.
