“Lovely little finca”

We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 days. The apartment is situated ,behind an electric gate,on the outskirts of Agüimes and has the feel of being out in the country. There are noises of animals that are in surrounding areas, but we found that part of the charm. There is a beautiful horse above the property, too. The property itself was lovely and extremely well presented. The bed was extremely comfortable, basic cooking stuff , washing machine and a very good shower. Although it had a large tv we didn't have time to watch it. There is a pool, however because it was out of season it was empty. We were met by Heriberto ( the host) who showed us around the property, he provided washing liquid (for washing machine), a range of toiletries including toothbrushes and toothpaste. There were a few snacks on the side and some beers in the fridge. He was welcoming and friendly and asked if we wanted him to show us the area. After we had a rest we met up with him and he drove us around the town pointing out places for us. He dropped us off at the restaurant of out choice and after a lovely meal we walked the short distance back to the apartment, he also messaged us the following day just to check everything was OK.

The Host was the BEST

We had an amazing time, the property is brilliant. Great size, in a lovely location just outside the town, easy walk to enjoy the lovely shops and restaurants .Heriberto was an amazing host, who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Don't pass up the chance to stay here.

We loved that this property had all the facilities to feel comfortable and at home. The properly is located in a small sweet town/village with the most lovely people.

La Cuadra was comfortable and clean, the fridge was well stocked and its contents lasted all wee, which was a huge bonus - thank you! The location was excellent; private, secluded and quiet yet a short walk from the town of Agüimes. The surroundings were rural and really enjoyable. The pool was marvelous; clean and welcoming after a day walking in the stunning landscapes of Gran Canaria. The resident dogs were friendly and a lot of fun. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend the finca for those looking for something unique away from the tourist hotspots of the coast.

The location was good but it was hard to find as the photo in the advertisement shows a green door with the name of the property on it. In fact there is no name on the green door and there is at least one other green door in that road.

Very welcoming. Provided copious amounts of food. Very secure. Accomodation had abundant appliances - coffee maker with pods provided, clothes washing machine, microwave, toaster. Semi-rural location, very charming and unique

This accommodation has spirit. For us, yes.....for another, it won't be a suitable place. It is purely rural housing, a short distance from the city. I assume it is a converted farm building. One apartment was created here. It is one pleasant room with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. I don't need more! Everything is clean, fragrant, ready for guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lady owner and two adorable young dogs. The dogs kept us company. They are cuties.Two beautiful horses are stabled on the property. The owners take care of them with love and care. I like to see when animals are in really good hands. The peace, far from noisy tourist centers is priceless. You have to expect that the rooster will wake you up, you will hear barking. On the other hand, you won't be disturbed by discos, the roar of motorbikes...and also some tourists :-) Breakfast is included in the price. Don't expect someone to bring it right under your nose! You have at your disposal a fridge with food from which you can make breakfast according to your taste. Homemade eggs, ham, cheese, butter, jam, yogurts, juices, milk, tea, toast bread, sweet pastries.....we also found cans of beer in it :-) What else could you wish for? Simply put, if you want to sit under the stars in the evening, have the opportunity to swim in the pool, have complete privacy, definitely book this accommodation. Looking for luxury, breakfast in bed and an impersonal hotel room? Look elsewhere!!!! Here it is for people who want to know something different, pure, authentic! And another good spirit of this accommodation is the owners themselves. It can be seen that it is not primarily an economic matter for them. They really care about their guests and their satisfaction! I salute them, thank you for everything and look forward to a longer stay next year!!! Three nights were not enough...

Heriberto was a wonderful and friendly host. He always took care and asked if everything was right for us. All we needed for the breakfast we found in the fridge as well as beer and wine. Heriberto took good care of our well being. It was great to spent time in that peaceful place with the pool and the dogs living outside the place.
