Overview
Located between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Casa Violetta was once the home of composer Giuseppe Verdi. It features a music room with Verdi's original piano and garden with pool. The B&B is in the small town of Agrate Conturbia, 10 minutes' drive from both lakes and 2 minutes' drive from Castelconturbia Golf Club. The surrounding area is full of golf courses, horse riding centres and amusement parks. All air-conditioned, accommodation here features free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery. Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is buffet style and guests will also find free bikes and music room with Verdi's original sheet music. Casa Violetta B&B is set on a hilltop, 15 km from Malpensa Airport and 50 km from Milan. Bus to Novara stop just 10 metres away.

“Charming and relaxing home, highly recommended”
Everything was just excellent. The host were very kind and welcoming, the historic home and gardens charming and very comfortable, and the breakfast was amongst the best we'd had in years of bed and breakfast experience. And to know that the home was the residence of the composer Giuseppe Verdi's wife, and he may have composed his music there on the piano, was just mind boggling!

“Great place for family stay!”

“Just amazing, felt so welcome.”
First time visiting Italy. The lovely b&b owners were absolutely amazing! They couldn’t do enough for you. When we arrived they were waiting at the gates for us and was very welcoming! The breakfast is beautiful, had lovely cakes on the side which were amazing! The owners were also very help full with everything! I would definitely stay again . They even leave treats in the fridge. Would advise to hire a car.

“Everything was perfect!”
We really enjoyed the accomodation. Everything was wonderful, the room was nice, clean, the swimming pool was very good, the breakfast was international and also traditional. The hosts were very kindful, helpful, they informed us about attractions in this region, and other things. We stayed a week and hopefully we will return there.
