Located near some of the best beaches of Mykonos (10 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot), Spilia is peaceful and gives a taste of the "traditional" part of the island, it's very refreshing. The apartment is modern, very clean and has all the equipment needed for cooking. Konstantinos is very kind, and not in the usual "commercial" kind of way. In the genuine way. And that's what makes all the difference.

Spilia is the best place to stay in Mykonos, surrounded by nature (hidden treasures of Mykonos). The suites are delightful with spacious new facilities, well equipped (brand new air conditioners, cozy mattresses) and very clean. Furthermore Spilia is located close to the heart of the island and to some of the best beaches and clubs in Mykonos, which makes things even better. The landlord of the property is very kind, he gives you the best experience you could possibly have in Mykonos, with many recommendations to avoid expensive tourist areas. The environment is pleasant with the organic family farm and a very close beach, you definitely need a car though to see the island within 10 min drive maximum. Agrari Restaurant and Agrari Cafe-Bar shops are on the beach. Konstantinos and his family were very friendly and the price was really very good. Definitely recommended, you can experience the local way of life.

Friendly and very accommodating owners, made delicious moussaka for us on our arrival. Place is near their farm and has lots of animals - kids absolutely loved it and enjoyed playing outside with their granddaughter. Very close to Agrari beach and easy to get anywhere else to explore the island. Great value for money.

Very clean, comfy, fully equipped apartment located in Agrari, a beautiful rural area of Mykonos, not far from a nice beach with crystal waters and a couple of beach restaurants and a bar. Konstantinos and his lovely family are very welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great value for money accomodation. I recommend the accommodation to people who need a break from the noise of the city and who like to be in silence and beautiful surroundings. It was a nice place with farm life. The apartment was clean and very cozy. Cleaning service was provided in the apartment every day. The owner was a very nice person, accommodating, happy to help or advise us. Two beautiful beaches Agrari and Elia were nearby. We are very grateful to have been able to spend time here. We thank you.

Excellent accommodation!! We had a pleasant stay, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet and only 5 minutes from Agrari beach. There is a garden full of flowers and trees ,which is very calming and beautiful to see! You should rent a car to explore Mykonos.There is also free parking! We will definitely visit again soon

The perfect stay, secret gem of the original Mykonos I travelled all around the world and never met such a warm host like Konstantinos. He provided great insights of Mykonos. You need to rent a car to explore the island. The new suite felt like home with all the amenities. Perfect stay with a reasonable price with two bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and a big hall + full kitchen. The place is huge with gardens (you can even take a walk within) and very close to the beautiful Agrari and Elia beaches. Kitties were the mascots. We made new friends and didn't want to leave. This is what made Mykonos famous.

The location is excellent, as it combines the serenity of the Myconian countryside and its wild nightlife. Also the room was very clean, spacious and fully equipped. The host is very helpful and provides flexible check-in and check-out. A car is a must though, or else you will miss out the marvelous beaches nearby. For your convenience it is highly advisable to either rent or bring your own vehicle. The property also provides parking.

Located a short 3 minute drive to an amazing beach with restaurant/bar where you can rent or use loungers and shaded umbrellas. Apartments were clean and bright. We had 5 people and slept comfortably. The host was really nice and informative. Transportation was easily accessible through our host. If you want to travel the island I would recommend renting a car or scooter. Lots to see in Mykonos. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Nothing to complain about. Would book again.

If you’re looking for a piece of Mykonos that’s a tad quieter than the rest of the island this is your spot. Beautiful location 5 minutes to Agrari beach, clean and spacious rooms. We were treated like family here.
