The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel has brilliant facilities, the pool and garden area were great, we enjoyed the spa, puppet show and restaurant. The hotel building is beautiful and the rooms are very nice too! We extended our stay here because it was so good, would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The blend of historic character and warm hospitality made our stay in Agra even more memorable.

Great breakfast. Very attentive, helpful staff. Lovely environment. I did not use the pool, although I wish I had brought my swimwear along. The massage therapist was very skilful also.

“Beautiful hotel, delicious food”
The place looks majestic, reception entry with AC was very welcome. Our hostess came up to our rooms to do henna tattoos for us and we had a lovely chat. The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best of food I've had anywhere in India, we had delicious chicken and fish dishes for dinner, and an array of different styles breakfast the next morning. The pool was great too! We had a very pleasant stay.
