The Hotel is high end and luxurious accommodation. The staff especially the manager were all helpful and very professional. The rooms were immaculate and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hotel.

The room’s air conditioning was incredibly powerful and refreshingly cold…. perfect after a hot day exploring Agra. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh, authentic Indian dishes and attentive staff. The masala chai was absolutely incredible! The jewel of this hotel was undoubtedly the Aarambh Spa experience. We had four treatments from the amazing therapists - professional, highly skilled, and incredibly caring. The therapy rooms were spotless, and the massages were among the best we’ve ever had. Thank you so much! The rooftop view of the Taj Mahal was a breathtaking bonus - something truly special! Great value for money overall. The shower was consistently hot with excellent water pressure. And the pillows - truly some of the largest and most comfortable I’ve ever used in any hotel around the world. Incredible!

Noise from the rooftop was unbearable. We asked for new room which they gave us but it was even more noisier than the previous one. Overall, we didn't sleep more than 4 hours.

Great stay at the Howard Plaza The Fern in Agra. Amazing location, very close to Taj Mahal. We really liked the rooftop bar/restaurant - great food and loved to be able to enjoy it in the terrace. Recommended!
