“Well-eqipped, comfortable and safe, with a wonderful host.”

We spent two weeks here and enjoyed the comfort the well-equipped environment it provided. Stephane, our charming, English- speaking host could not have been kinder and more accommodating. Three members of our family joined us for a few days - As with everything, Stephane welcomed the change to our original booking. The location is lovely - a smart, safe and quiet residential area, but just a short walk along the Promenade to the centre, with its Poisonnerie, Bakery and restaurants. We recommend l'Equinox. The U Express supermarket is a short drive (5 mins away) and had all we needed, including Gazoil. Three three bikes were welcomed by our family. And you must visit the lighthouse set in heathland where we saw and heard skylarks for the first time in years! Super-fast reliable internet. The second bedroom is on the ground floor - perfect for my limited mobility. The beds were super-comfortable and the shower modern, with lovely hot water.

“A lovely gîte close to beach with terrace and private pool.”

The gîte is a few steps from the sea and lovely sandy beach. It has its own small swimming pool and terrace at the front and a fenced garden at the rear. It is stylish, well-presented, immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a good-sized shower. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor. The property is pet friendly. The hosts were very welcoming on our arrival and available by phone if needed.

The host is a gentleman. The place is outstanding. So clean and tidy and everything you need. Had the pool on for us out of season as a surprise. So clean and tidy, hypermarket 15 min drive away restaurants everywhere - perfect

We were met on arrival by the owner who handed over the keys to the property and giving us a guided tour around the villa. The property was extremely clean and had all the facilities and utensils we needed. A great place, great location and wonderful hosts.

Great location for travelling around Normandy. Perfect 2 min walk to the beach for the kids. Lovely little town and supermarket within easy reach. Lovely pool and decking to relax.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Jules Grand Gite. Staphane and Leatitia were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. They opened the pool a week earlier than scheduled so we could enjoy it during our stay which we really appreciated. The gite was really clean and had really comfy beds. Location is great and peaceful with a lovely beach only a few minutes walk away. A great holiday!

“Outstanding home location a host perfect”

Fantastic home well looked after and perfect great down stairs bedroom as well as two upstairs all wood floor super comfortable beds and great heating wonderful blinds for quality sleep. Great sunny decking for reading and family dinners. Everything has been thought about even a outside hose to rinse off Sand when back from beach.

The property was immaculately clean, it was very well equipped and ever so comfortable. Stéphane was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again if we were to return to the area.

We absolutely loved staying here. Stéphane was a great host. The property was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The property matched the images and exceeded our expectations. We were so close to the local beach, and the heated pool was great for all the family. We picked the villa based on location, and we're not disappointed. Our only disappointment was having to come home. We all wanted to stay.

“A wonderful family stay”

The location is wonderful - literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. Swimming pool was fantastic and the highlight of the holiday for my 3 year old. The home was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The main thing to mention is our car broke down and could not be fixed for 2 days. Stephane went out of his way to arrange for us to stay an extra night which saved the end of our holiday and a huge amount of stress. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone.

“A gem of a property in a lovely laid back and friendly area .”

Stephane was a superb host , very helpful and approachable . He was so very keen for us to enjoy our stay . The temperature dropped a little and he immediately arranged for the boiler to be serviced and turned on . Location was lovely ,the villa was superb , appliances and furnishings were both very good quality . The bed was comfortable and we slept so very well , the bedding was very good quality . Loved the dressing room off the main bedroom . The bathroom was lovely , great shower . The outside seating , decking and pool were all super . Good Wi-Fi and tv signal . The bluetooth speaker was very handy and really good . The photos did not show how big the property was . We were sad to leave
