We spent a wonderful time here in May as a group of three adults and two children. The rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed. Above all, it was a fantastic location to be close to the sea and have a great view of Mount Etna, making it the perfect base for various day trips. The host was also incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

The house from the outside looks nothing like the ones in the picture. It’s falling apart, very badly kept and falling apart. Besides this, we arrived at the house, no one recieved us or gave us any info on how to do the check in and they never got in touch with us. Only when we were able to comunicante through a neighbour with them, they cancelled our reservation on the time of checking in. An absolute scam.

Very nice and quiet location near the sea. The host was very helpful, the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The host provided also recommendations for the area, overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommend it!

Comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need for a stay. Very supportive Host.

Location is SUPERB, but don't get me wrong, its not city life, it is closed area, peaceful and apartment jus 30meters from the sea. From the balcony and terrace you have sea view and Etna. From Catania airport just 15minutes drive. Also beds are very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and overall we rate our stay very positively — everything was great. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and communicated with us very quickly. He assisted us with everything and made sure we felt comfortable. As a welcome, there were cookies, juice, and other nice treats prepared for us, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — about 20 minutes by car from the airport and only 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well maintained property with a private parking, 2 min walk to the beach. We got clear instructions how to find the location, good advice for the choice of a restaurant.

Our host was very resposive and truly wanted to ensure we had an exceptional stay. There was a small basket of snacks for us. Once our host realized we had no car, he offered to have someone bring us supplies. His concern was very genuine and I have no doubt that he would have come to assist us in any problem we encountered. He is the main reason for this great review!

“The accommodation met our expectations”

Accommodation is in a quiet residential area. I was with my wife in an apartment on the ground floor and there was plenty of space for two people. There is a nice beach nearby with fine sand. Easy and safe parking right in front of the apartment. We did not meet the owner but he communicates via whatsapp very promptly and his advice was always helpful.

our host was helpful with any enquiries and directions. the rooms were comfortable, bed comfy and quiet location down the road from beach.Beach lovely and quiet. Small courtyard to sit outside nice, and secure spot for car park. All very secure at estate. Loved the views of Mt Etna from the beach. Easy to get around with the car. overall a nice holiday thank you.

“Super!”

The location is just outside the city. Quietly situated on a closed compound. Many private residences and long-stay tenants. The landlord is a friendly guy. Helpful and keeps his appointments. The apartment itself is spacious and basic. You have spacious balloons where you can stay until late at night. Bathroom is sufficient as are the bedrooms. If you have a lot of electronics and/or need to charge, I would bring an extension cord with plugs. The landlord is going to do something about that!

Very spacious apartment next to a sandy beach in a generally quiet neighborhood with private gated parking. None of the issues are deal-breakers for me and in general it is a nice place in a good location in between Catania and Syracuse and I feel like the price reflects the fact that it is not perfect as it was cheaper than similar properties in the area.
