Great quiet location. Short drive to everything. Lots of room. Had everything we needed plots a few extras. Had breakfast out side with some local roos passing through the property. We had great communication with the owners. Very easy and enjoyable stay.

“Getting ready to set into relaxation mode at its finest”
This property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We had everything we need on arrival and the communication with the property owners was fantastic. Woke up to beautiful wildlife around and plenty of space for a puppies to roam safely. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Best location, owners left the place lovely and very welcoming. I would recommend everyone stay here… best private house where you are alone and within minutes to shops and beach. Everyone stay here

On arrival when first opened front door the aircon had been left on, what a wonderful surprise considering how humid it was. Close proximity to all beaches & shops.

“Musicians haven”
We are musicians that performed at the Agnes Blues and Roots Festival. Previously we have camped but having a place to go to that was very comfortable, kept our instruments safe and had a lot of room for 5 people. The backyard is beautiful and large, the ability to cook food in the kitchen was great and the option to have fans or aircon was a plus.

Well stocked amenities, extra teas, coffees and milk supplied. Beautifully decorated, clean space. Nice private cottage. Uno supplied, luckily private enough even when games got competitive. Not far from beaches. Great communication with Janette & Simon.
