Overview
In a serene area with olive groves, 500 metres from Skinari Beach in Zakinthos, Fexulis Studios & Suites feature self-catered rooms with balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. Rooms at the Fexulis are bright and airy with tiled floors. Each includes a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free toiletries are available. Staff can arrange car rental and arrange trips to the nearby Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach. The port of Agios Nikolas, from where ferries to Kefalonia depart, is just 400 metres away and has seafront taverns serving fresh fish. Free private parking is available on site.

OMG!! I've travelled to many places, including the middle east and Asia. These folks might be the kindest, most considerate hosts I've ever encountered. They were just so lovely, allowed us to check in quite early as our ferry arrived from kefalonia later in the morning. Studio was spotless, kitchen had all you needed, utensils, fridge, cooking hob. We chose the flat with the private pool and it was just incredible to soak in and relax in the heat. Gave us extra towels. They even drove us back to the port to the take the ferry back to kefalonia before our flight back home. I usually don't drop reviews on Booking but our hosts were just extraordinary...we're definitely coming BACK again and again. 👍

“Absolutely perfect”
Spacious , we were on the top floor the veranda was all the way round our studio, the views were amazing . We had fresh bedding, and towels every other day as well as cleaning . Would definitely rebook. Short walk into the bay , for restaurants & bars etc . The resort isn’t too commercial

“Amazing stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Fexulis Studios & Suites. The place is peaceful, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature with lovely sea views. The rooms are simple but comfortable and well-maintained. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

“Tranquil apartment nestled in olive trees, near some great restaurants”
A tranquil setting nestled amongst olive trees. Large room with modern fittings and a good bathroom. Comfortable bed. The host family very kindly drove us down to the ferry, so that we didn't have to walk with all our luggage! Agios Nikolaos is a lovely place with some of the best restaurants we've been to, and beautiful blue sea.

“Peaceful location”
The property was basic but just what we needed. It was very clean and they came in every day to clean, provide fresh towels and make the bed. The property is in a great location, very peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the port but in walking distance to get there.

“Super Clean and well located. Super fiendly staff.”
It was the most easy check in ever. Just arrived at 22:00, got greeted by a nice lady that handed us the keys and nothing else. Super quick and relaxed. It was super clean aswell and every day they would come to do a refresh (we stayed 3 days)
