The studio was perfectly clean and fully equiped with everything we needed. They've done an excellent work renovating it and making it as comfortable as possible for the guests. We also enjoyed the terrace and private pool. As a bonus, we had a furry friend visiting every evening at our balcony. A really cute and friendly cat. We hope the next guests and the owners continue to take care of her :)

“Overall very enjoyable”
Clean and spacious in a good location. Good air conditioning, lovely veranda, modern well equipped large studio apartment. We were lucky and had a thoughtful family in the villa beneath us - if this had been a noisy group / family it the potential to completely ruin a holiday.

“Seaviews!”
Very comfortable and sparkling clean studio, just a short walk to the lovely bustling harbour of Agios Nikolaos with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need. Amazing views of the sea, with stunning sunsets. The outside terrace is lovely too, we enjoyed our breakfast outside every morning. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely place to stay. We were greeted by the host who was very helpful throughout our stay and brought us fresh pomegranates which were lovely. The apartment is generous in size and decorated/furnished to a very high standard. The view from the balcony over the olive trees to the sea is perfection. We did not want to leave.

A short walk to the port of Agios Nicolaos with lovely restaurants and to the secret cove! Ask the manager for details, we don't want to spread the secret wide!

- Filanthi and Dimitri are very kind and helpful! - the Veranda!!! -Was allowed to enter the appartment earlier and also to leave later. Is extremely helpful as where else should you go to wait with the luggage ? - I could use the bike of the owner's! Extremely useful if you've got No car. And in the heat even the 2 or something km to stoupa might be too much for walking. -There was coffee provided! Important to me as it''s one of the things that's a must to buy in holiday but you always leave in the appartment due to lack of space in luggage.
