The setting was nice, quiet with lots of plants and great location just 10 minutes to shops, restaurants and beach. The host was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay.

Evridikis Villas are in a perfect location in Agios Nikita’s right next to the beach / restaurants and shops . It’s a lovely collection of Villas around a shared pool but we also had our own smaller pool . The verandas on the top and bottom floor have lovely view of the lush well kept gardens and the sea . Bedrooms are sizeable with en suites plus a separate bathroom downstairs . Plenty of places to eat in kitchen / veranda or by the pool . The property is well maintained with the gardens and a daily clean inside . Giannias is a very accommodating and welcoming host with great and fast communication . A great and relaxing stay .

The location is perfect for families and couples willing to enjoy a great vacation time in Lefkada. The facility provides great space and privacy, together with various shared areas (e.g. pool and bbq). Giannis, the host, is an amazing person, very friendly and helpful with tips about interesting places to visit (e.g. beaches, restaurants) or activities to do in the surroundings, and also very supportive and responsive in case of need. Looking forward to coming again in the future to enjoy another great holiday!

Good location only a short walk to the tavernas and beach. Nice and clean. Tastefully decorated. Quality toiletries. Plenty of car parking space within the grounds. Nice garden and grounds. Good size communal pool and BBQ area. Free WiFi. Ironing board & iron provided. As were pool towels and a parasol you can take to the beach. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Clothes drying rack. TV with Netflix. Nearby food shops for making your own lunches if required.

The location , facilities, cleanliness and overall the nice family oriented vibe. The host, Yiannis, was very kind to us and always available to assist and provide any information or hands on help. He printed a ferry ticket for me and kindly allowed by wife and young son a private space after check out to rest. He also gave me a bottle of local wine to try . I can’t ask for much more. Thank you 🙏

Everything! Clean. Tidy. Well thought out. Good quality equipment. It was quiet yet near the shops, bars and beach. Pool was great. Garden BBQ and outdoor dining was just lovely.

We stayed in Elea Studio, which is new, well decorated and furnished with all is needed for a brief holiday. The public places, pool and kitchen with eating area are very enjoiable. The structure is in great position, at foot distance from the village and the Milos beach. The cleaning was performed every two days and the staff was very kind and ready to satisfy every request. An absolutely recommendable experience.

The unit was self-catering, with a tremendous kitchen with all the gadgets, etc, you could want. I prepared our breakfast each morning, and most dinners too. Elsewhere inside the unit, the king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom bright, and pleasant use.The pool we used (there are two) was top-notch too. I was alone in the pool for all my swims. It is not a large one, but quite big enough to do swift lengths, very clean and a prefect cool temperature.The hosts got back to use swiftly when he had queries, and were professional, flexible and considerate throughout our stay.

We had a fantasic week in the studio apartment as a family of 3. Lovely place, really clean rooms. Towels changed regularly. Staff came in every day to make the bed, change bins etc. We had a poorly baby while away which meant we had to change our bed covers a fair few times. The staff were so attentive and it was no problem for them. Hot showers, good air con, shutters on the doors so nice dark rooms (needed with a young baby), full working kitchen

Everything was perfect. The location is near the beach and restaurants are very close. The house is very clean and it has all the facilities. we definetely will come back!

big pool, close to the beach and the Greek Taverna’s. Cleaningservice was excellent. The garden is beautiful well maintained. We were allowed to pick fresh lemons and oranges. Our 2,5 year old absolute loved it!

The apartment area is very well maintained with flowers everywhere. the houses are in a very good condition and are cleaned regularly during our stay. the pool area is clean and comfortable even though the water was still very cold in may ,) It’s an easy 5 minutes walk down to the village with restaurants and the beach. private parking in front of the houses. the owner and her son where very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for.

Excellent house, had everything we needed including pool towels, and great kitchen that had it all. It also has a kitchen near the pool and barbecue to use with all the neccesary amenities to use which was great. The location is good, very near to the beach and to the super market, the place is very clean and the host was very helpfull.

We liked everything The host was very nice and helpful. Provided us with a map of the city, with atraction places marked. Free umbrella for the beach. Free parking spot in the shade. Pool it’s great. They change sheets and towels every 2 days, more than enough. Very close to a nice beach

Everything was perfect during our stay. Its perfect not just for couples but families as well. The location is perfect, furthermore the rooms are very cozy, well equipped and clean. The service was also excellent, the staff and the owner were very helpful. Definitely recommended!
