“Very nice apartment in the heart of Agios Nikitas.”

Very nice and cozy apartment in the very center of Agios Nikitas. The restaurants, bars and the beach are right by the apartment. It is not loud during the night. Air conditioner functioned properly, also for the gallery there is a very good ventilator. It is a very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Katerina from the apartment helped us with everything, an earlier check in was also possible for us, it was a great pleasure. You find also sun umbrella for the beach in the apartment. The terasse is also lovely. They change the towels, clean the apartment regularly. There is parking possibility on the main road, it is ca. 4-5 minutes on foot from the apartment but be aware of carrying on the road your luggages and the road is steep a bit. We loved so much to stay in Agios Nikitas and in the Central Studios Apartments, thank you once again, we will gladly come here again!❤️

“Very nice studio, with all the facilities and nice staff”

Clean, spacious, nice design and having all the facilities, including 2 baths. Very close to the beach, with internet and tv, fridge and cookware. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Spaceous, clean and so close to the beach, a great place to stay in a wonderful greek town. Great thing to have air conditioning.

The location is very welcoming, so we felt at home. It is clean, equipped according to the needs of a family. It is located very close to the beach, taverns and shops. I don't think it could be any closer, which made us happy because we had easy access to everything we needed on the beach, without getting too tired. Moreover, the host is friendly and very open to our requests. He offered us umbrellas, beach chair, so that we don't have to buy. He also took care of the transfer from the airport to the location and vice versa. Grade 10! We will definitely come back!!!

“Just perfect.”

The room was well decked out. It was very clean and kept clean and tidy by cleaners. The location was just perfect just off the walkway at Agios Nikitas just around the corner from the beach and the shops. Just perfect.

“Great apartment in an ideal location with really friendly host.”

We were really, really happy with our stay at Evridiki Studios. The apartment is located in a small alley right next to the main street going down to the sea. With supermarkets, restaurants and the beach just 1 or 2 minutes away. We had a small balcony with a drying rack to dry our clothes after visiting the beach and the atmosphere while sitting outside with people eating at the tavernas and music playing below was really charming. We barely noticed the bar, that some other guests mentioned. I guess you should expect some minor noise when staying in the middle of town. Just like the whole town, the apartment was amazingly clean, with fresh towels provided every other day. Inside there was pretty much everything provided that we could have asked for. AC, plenty of storage space for clothes, a small kitchen with a stove, water cooker, coffee machine, large fridge, cooking utensils and a tv. Katerina is the sweetest host you can imagine. From organising the transfer from and to the airport by taxi, to answering questions about the nearby beaches. She lives just a few houses up the road and it was nice that you could just run into her in town. We will definitely come back next year.

“Very nice”

just off Agias Nikitas high street - very close to everything - supermarkets restaurants and bars, well equipped. 2 minutes away from Agias beach (small but great snorkelling) and close 5 min walk to the footpath turn off for Milos beach - about 25mins up and over the mountain - depending how fit you are - a beautiful long beach - recommend the far end if you're up to it. In the apartment air-con worked well - hot water always available - not much pressure in the shower, place was cleaned regular and new sheets and towels every 2 days I think.

Hosts arranged taxi and taxi waited for host to arrive with keys. Room was very spacious. Super clean. Very close to beach.

Nice furniture, enough space, two toilets - one on each floor. Good location close to the beach and in the middle of the pedestrian street where all the restaurants are close by. Supermarket just around the corner. Milos beach is just a 15 minutes walk away, from this beach you can enjoy wonderful sunsets :) The apartment was very clean and was once cleaned in the middle of our stay. The owner was very helpful and organized the transport for us.

“Best location on the island”

Agios Nikitas is the best town you can choose in Lefkada island, and the apartment is located in the most beautiful part of the town. The beach is 80m, shops and restaurants are in 10m range. Truly superb location. Our hosts were the best we met so far, every need of ours were taken into consideration. Fresh towels, cleaning, transfer service. You can not go wrong with this apartment.

Very well posioned, right in the middle of the village, everything in max 10-15 metres, the beach is max 50 metres (1minute walk)
