Stunning location with views over the sea, and a short walk to the beach. Katerina is a lovely, kind and helpful host. The walks to the nearby villages are also wonderful, Food in the local restaurants is fresh and reasonably priced.

“My idea of Paradise”

Staying at Katerina’s place was such a refreshing and authentic experience. Right in the heart of this stunning region, her house overlooks one of the cleanest and most beautiful seas you’ll find in Europe. It’s all about nature and simplicity here – a real escape from the hustle and bustle, far away from the stress, noise, and clutter of city life. The food was great, the sleep even better, and there’s a lovely little path that takes you to the beach in just five minutes. But the real highlight? Katerina herself. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome every single day. Always smiling, always there when you needed something, she genuinely cares about her guests and making sure everyone has a great time. I’d especially recommend it to anyone working remotely. The internet is fast and stable, and the peaceful surroundings are perfect for getting work done without distractions. I’m already planning to come back, hopefully for a month next time, and work from this little slice of paradise. Thanks again, Katerina – you’ve been amazing!

We loved everything about the property. The views, the small details in the rooms, the cleanliness, the cozy and peaceful vibe of the place, the settings of the terraces and the very different corners of the backyard. The view spectacular but by far we have been impressed by the good energy and the support our host, Katerina provided… it added up to everything the location has to offer in a humbling and gratifying experience!

Perfect location. Simple. Clean. Super helpful host. Fantastic, small private balcony and lovely public sitting area. V contained kitchen and bathroom but perfectly adequate. An exciting drive if you dare! Fresh organic fruit available to buy. Great hiking area and easy walk to Damouchari and into Agios Ioannis.

“WONDERFUL”

I have rarely met such a good, empathetic, kind and warm person, like Katerina! I had read several impressions of the tourists and (as I also told them) they weighed heavily in the balance of choosing this accommodation. It's just that the reality exceeded all my expectations! The place itself is magical, picturesque, quiet, with a superb view, everything someone needs to "charge their batteries" Our room was small, it's true, but equipped with absolutely everything we needed, and, most importantly, super bed, big and comfortable! The breakfast was particularly tasty, BIG (what we couldn't eat, we took in the fridge, in the room and ate in the evening) The fact that it is so isolated and quiet creates the impression that you are cut off from the world, with the wonderful garden full of flowers and lemons trees, with cats that are more and more friendly, with the road through the forest to the long and deserted beach... completely atypical compared to touristic Greece. In conclusion, be very careful on the road (by car) EXACTLY follow the route that Katerina gives you, we took the one suggested by the GPS and we made a big mistake! Otherwise, everything is superlative!

“Amazing”

Katerina was very kind and welcoming to our family. Her apartments are nested in a fantastically scenic place of North Pelion. They’re surrounded by nature, with an abundance of flowers and trees which gave us a refreshing feeling during our visit at the end of May. They’re overlooking the rocky seaside, providing incredible views from the window of the bedrooms. They are walking distance from the beaches of Agios Ioannis (and all facilities) and give opportunities for beautiful small hikes without the need to drive the car. Breakfasts are all homemade and delicious. And to our experience the wifi is working great (although who would like to spend hours on the web in such a place?).

Very cozy and charming hotel with garden, sea view and direct access to Papa Nero beach. Katerina is the most wonderful host we have ever stayed with. A basket of wine, fruit and homemade lemon jam awaited us in our room. She assisted us with everything we needed. We felt at home. Thank you Katerina :)

“Beautiful location for relaxing”

Katerina helped us down the hill with our bags and back up again and left us a tasty welcome basket with local produce some from her garden which was such a nice touch. She really goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable.Definitely one of the kindest hosts I have met.

Wonderful and helpful host! Comfortable beds and clean. All that area it's a hiking trail, a lot of sport! Absolutely gorgeous view and a lot of terraces. Can buy beer, water, bio legumes (tomatoes etc) from reception. Best place in that area.

“Pelion natural paradise :)”

Beautifull yard and balcony view, various trails for hiking, wide Papa Nero beach no crowded, very good choice if you are travelling with dog :). We have enjoyed very much and planning to come back. Dear Katerina was great host, everyone should try olive oil, honey and best welcome cake :)

“Pelion Paradise Garden”

We really enjoyed our stay in Katerina little paradise, you can see the love put into it on each step. Her garden is absolutely wonderful, lot of flowers and fruits and whole time you hear sound of waves, it is super relaxing. It is few minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to go down to the rocks where you can swim/snorkel when sea is calm. Katerina is very nice and helpful for everything you need - from the instructions how to get there to any question you might have. Everything is clean and kept in order, also internet was good which was important for us as we were also working a bit. I definitely hope to get back there again.

“Wish we could have stayed longer!”

This is a very special place. The setting is glorious - peaceful and private. It is rustic in the best possible way and it is obvious that Katarina has poured a lot of love into the place. The private access way to a quiet and stunning part of Papa Nero beach made it even better. It has definitely been a highlight of our trip to Greece and we would come again in a heartbeat.

My 2 friends and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay that exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable apartment, simple and clean. amaizing location right above the sea, inspiring view from the balcony and rooms. almost private beach 3 minutes walking down. The garden is lovely and very well kept by Katerina. Katerina is a very nice and welcoming host, available for every need. We would definitely love to come again

I loved the place, so relaxing just above the sea with the sound of the waves. Also Katerina is the kindest host you could hope for, very generous, friendly and always there when you need something.

Katerina is a very kind, helpful, intelligent and all in all wonderful person, she has a beautiful garden, from where you have a great view to the sea and many various pretty flowers and plants. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and look great, you can even cook. The ambience in general was amazing! One remarkable thing is also the own romantic & short path down to the splendid beach 'Papa Nero' through the woods! We had a wonderful time!
