“Way Above Expectations”
We had an exceptional stay and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! The place is beautiful, the owners are kind, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise right from your bed or balcony. It’s peaceful and quiet — the only sound you’ll hear is the rhythm of the waves. Private parking is available. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. We also loved their yard with lemon trees and lovely views. P.S. I was 6.5 months pregnant and had no problem climbing the stairs — just took a few small breaks along the way. We hope that one day we’ll come back!

Very kind and responsive hosts! They surprised us with a delicious homemade breakfast! Very clean! Towels and sheets are changed every two days. The rooms have all the amenities. I will be happy to come back again!

“Relaxation at its finest”
Stivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins. Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car. We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day. One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees. The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore. We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

We loved our stay here. Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming. The view and property is beautiful, everything is very clean. The breakfast is super delicious!!!! “Savršen apartman za odmor”
Apsolutno nam se sve dopalo u ovom apartmanu. Sam apartman je veći u odnosu na druge objekte koje smo gledali u ovom mestu a i ima parking mesto, koje je nama bilo jako bitno, jer smo dolazili kolima. Apartman je nov, kreveti udobni, sve je čisto i svakodnevno se čisti a na tri dana se menjaju peškiri i posteljina. U samom apartmanu nemate mnogo posuđa, ali zato imate odlične restorane pored plaže sa svežom ribom i kvalitetnim mesom. Supruga gospodina Kostasa pravi savršen doručak koji zaista ne treba propustiti a i koji se poslužuje na velikoj zajedničkoj terasi, okruženi cvećem sa pogledom na more. Naš jedini večernji izlazak je bio do terase našeg apartmana, jer smo uživali u miru i tišini. Plaža u Agios Ioannisu je na pet minuta hoda, odnosno, oko 170 stepenika, nizbrdo i isto toliko nazad. Plaža Papa Nero je na nekih 900 m udaljenosti. Imate i plažu Plaka, koja je očaravajuća, ali do nje se već mora kolima doći. Ukoliko su stepenice problem i do ove dve plaže se može doći kolima. Davno se nisam tako odmorila kao u apartmanu Aegean Blue. A i sam Agios Ioannis ima neku ležernu, opuštajuću energiju.

“Best stay ever”
We had an amazing stay! The hosts are incredible. The apartment was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, more than I could finish, and very tasty. The location is great; you can walk the stairs down to the beach (5min down, 10min up), but I was pregnant in full summer so we drove every day to the free parking at the beach (always space, 5min drive). Our summer holiday here was perfect!
