“Fabulous place at a gorgeous beach”
The little house is lovely / full of charm, and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Nice outside space for eating. Agios Theodoti is a fantastic beach, and it's such a relaxed location, with cheap sun lounges at the beach. The local taverna, Koukos, is really lovely and very relaxed, we ate there several times. Easy access to Chora. The owner's son owns Salt restaurant at Mylopotas beach - best on the island - don't miss it. You need a car, but then you can also easily visit other fabulous beaches on the island. We have been to a dozen Cycladic islands and we think Ios has the best beaches. Don't miss Magganari (but I wouldn't stay there, it's too far from Chora).

Extremely kind owner and his wife who have a true sense of hospitality. You'll be hard pressed to find accommodation with as much charm and comfort anywhere in the cycladic islands with such generosity and kindness from the owners. A haven of peace 5 minutes from a beautiful and large beach.

“Very nice place and amazing host”
The house is located at a quiet place (not in the party areas) with a gorgeous beach in walking distance. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Panagiotis and his family are exceptionally friendly hosts. We felt very welcome from the beginning and enjoyed our stay very much.
