“5 days of heaven”

We were here for a wedding at Princess Hotel and this was absolutely perfect. The photos don't do it justice. The space for 9 adults was amazing. The location was great with lots of good tavernas on doorstep and 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were so friendly and cleaned the pool area everyday.

Brilliant place, even more brilliant host. Gorgeous house, perfect pool and outside space, close enough to the center of the island to explore it, yet secluded enough to be in absolute peace whenever we sought it. Very comfortable beds, perfectly equipped home with anything one may need or imagine, and to top it all off Ira is an incredibly kind host. We loved our stay at Serenity and can't wait to be back!

The size of the property exceeded our expectations. As a mixed family group, we were able to retain an element of privacy. Ira and Helena are extremely helpful & accommodating. The location is perfect & within walking distance of a range of tavernas, the beach and bus stop left to Skiathos town, right to Koukounaries.

Fantastic villa with beautiful garden and pool . Lots of outdoor seating , full outdoor kitchen , lots of plants and some trees , several entertaining areas & kids play area. The owner was incredibly helpful and the process was extremely smooth from beginning to end . We travelled with a baby & six adults so had a few questions but these were all answered . We were picked up from the airport and dropped off at the end with cleaners in everyday and the whole thing went without a hitch . There are several good restaurants and tavernas all within walking and its 2mins walk to the bust into Sliathos town (or 15euro taxi) Thankyou Ira and your team

“An absolute gem of a villa experience - luxurious and convenient, astounding value for money”

What an incredible villa and host. I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay at Serenity was: the villa is exactly as it says - luxury - with spacious interior including large open plan lounge-dining room-kitchen and beautiful exterior with pool and gardens. We were a party of 3 families, each with a child between 1.5 and 2.5 years and we had everything we could have wished for - high quality cots, high chairs and other equipment available. Villa is a short 5-10 minute bus ride from town. There are quality restaurants a short walk away - check out Taverna Maistrali, The View & Infinity Blue. Lovely beach two minutes away, across the main road. Supermarket at end of the driveway. I have never experienced a host as kind, responsive and accommodating as Ira: she couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and at ease. Communication was incredibly clear, responses were fast and hugely accommodating. The airport transfer was a great perk too.

A large group (25) of us, most of us based in London, decided to come to skiathos to celebrate my 40th birthday. I'm Greek so wanted my friends from abroad to have an amazing time in skiathos. I booked Serenity villa for 8 of us, but the owners' unbelievable hospitality, friendliness and generosity meant that this amazing villa became the center of all of our birthday festivities. The villa is kept very clean and tidy, by the friendly cleaner who comes by daily, making the whole experience feel like you are staying in a five-star hotel. Both indoor and outdoor areas are very large and equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic break, while the photos on the booking website don't do justice to the place. We loved the villa so much, that we ended up spending my birthday day here, having a pool party with all our guests and the owners preparing a fantastic BBQ for us (all 25 guests agreed this was the best souvlaki they had on the island!). The villa is close to the beach, to the bus stop and lots of restaurants and tavernas. Being Greek myself, but having so many friends from abroad joining me on this trip for my birthday, I was a bit stressed about everything going smoothly, but the owners were so amazing, that all my friends said this is the best time they have ever had and have never met people as friendly, warm, helpful like the owners of serenity villa.

If you’re considering booking Villa Serenity, do it! You will not regret it. We had such a wonderful stay and the villa was everything we hoped and more - it’s even better than the pictures. The outside pool area is gorgeous and inside is big, comfortable and practical - there were six adults and two children in our party and it worked perfectly. It was also cleaned daily, which was amazing. We’ve been coming to Greece for years and this was the best accommodation we’ve ever had. The location was perfect - a short stroll to the beach with lots of tavernas really close by. Skiathos is a beautiful island and Villa Serenity was a perfect base for us. But the thing that really makes Villa Serenity special, above all else, is the owner, Ira. Her communication even before we flew out was brilliant. It was our first time travelling with two kids and I asked her so many questions about what we would and wouldn’t need. When we arrived, Ira had ensured the villa was equipped with a cot, pram, bed rail, baby monitor, bath… the list goes on! Everything about the villa was so child friendly. When a member of our party needed medical attention, Ira was such a reassuring presence. She helped us translate what the medics were saying, made phone calls for us and checked in on us. She really went above and beyond and we are so thankful to her for being such a kind, reassuring presence at a worrying time. Thank you Ira, and all at Villa Serenity, for a fantastic stay.
