The property was exceptional, clean, tidy and beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing and so kind. At the outside pool bar at the top of the resort was a very kind lovely member of staff not sure his name but he made us feel very welcome and looked after us.

“Fantastic!”
Everything - staff were fantastic. We booked Oscar Suites but were upgraded to the sister hotel Phos (newly opened) which is superb! We were able to use facilities at both and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to the beaches and a (long) walk to Chania if you fancy it - or a bus trip (2 euros). The restaurants in Agia Marina are the best experienced anywhere we've been.
