The Giannoulis – Santa Marina Beach Hotel is located only 8 kilometres from the picturesque and famous city of Chania, on a long sandy beach, in one of West Crete’s most beautiful regions, the village of Agia Marina. Consisting of 3 buildings, the hotel disposes 212 spacious and comfortable rooms, all with balcony, direct dial phone, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, radio, refrigerator, and private marble bathroom with hair dryer. Giannoulis – Santa Marina Beach Hotel also provides guests with a fitness room and playground, while the nearby beach offers water sports opportunities. Greek breakfast including traditional products, is served in the dining area. Guests may choose from a range of traditional Greek or International cuisine the 2 restaurants available at Santa Marina. Also available are 3 bars, one in the lobby area with TV, another one by the pool and a third one on the beach. Transfers by taxi can be arranged upon charge.

“Super friendly staff and beautiful beach”
We had a great stay at Santa Marina. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right in front of a beautiful sandy beach with sun beds available. One of the bars is right by the beach to enjoy some drinks without leaving your spot.

“Awesome”
Everything was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and nice. The location is very good , you have a nice sea view from the hotel, with a nice sandy beach. The food was good and diversified, the rooms were also very clean. The hotel helped us with the transfer from the aeroport and upgraded our rooms from pool view to sea view for free. I encourage you to choose this hotel. In front of the hotel is the public bus station and you can go to Chania(2€ per person and the trip is 20 minutes long).

“Super good, if you are in five star section”
Five star section so much better. Huge quality difference. Size of room and bathroom (double showers). Staff is amazing, especially Amalia, front desk manager, whom made the stay amazing for us. Also the Guest relation manager; Xara, was super helpful. Great with advice on things.

“We just expected more while paying such a price”
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are AMAZING. And the staff is really friendly (except for one man at the reception desk). Live music as well👌nice gardens and flowers all around the place.

“Good place for a family vacation”
- very friendly staff, patient with small children and very helpful (had a small issue with the AC system, raised it to reception and they solved it same day) - good WiFi, better than many other places in Greece - excellent sandy beach, smooth sea entry - fair selection of breakfast items - within walking distance of several good restaurants and tavernas

The hotel has a beautiful beach! Food was great and we are especially thankful to the staff! Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly despite the very hot weather we faced this week (which made work challenging for them I am sure). Thank you for making our holiday great and relaxing.
