Wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home and provide lots of great recommendations. The apartment is spacious, bright, and equipped with everything you could possibly need — shampoo, hairdryer, iron, pots and pans, and more. The pool is wonderful, and the small gym area is lovely and perfect for calisthenics workouts.

“Lovely place with very friendly owners”

The room was very cosy, with a very nice bathroom, little kitchen, large space, and amazing garden with swimming pool and gym amenities. The owners were extremely helpful and very reactive whenever we needed something. The location was perfect, isolated enough to make it relaxing but very close to the sea front, cafes, restaurants. Also not too far from the pink sand beaches on the west, the airport, and the national park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Andromia Apartments. Maria, Andreas and Adonis are such welcoming and warm people, we felt like part of the family. They gave us helpful recommendations on which place to visit too. We had lovely chats and they gave us their homemade oil and marmalade (superb!) to try. The place was super clean and in a quiet area, 20 min car journey from Old Town Chania, exactly what we were looking for. I recommend having a car. This place is becoming a retreat centre for yoga, ice baths, homemade produce, so watch this space! Thank you Adonis, Maria and Andreas, we hope to see you again!

“Lovely relaxing week”

We spent a week at Andromia, in the apartment with a sea view. The accommodation is situated in a peaceful location on the hillside above Agia Marina, with a beautiful view out to sea and to the island of Agioi Theodoroi. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment has good air conditioning. The pretty garden area is well maintained, and we made good use of the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owners, Maria and Andreas, are warm, friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips on places to visit and allowing us to use their washing machine. There are a number of good tavernas within a 10-minute walk downhill to the square. The sandy beach area of Agia Marina is very busy with tourists, which we weren’t so keen on, but within a 40 minute drive you can visit the more secluded and scenic beaches of Ravdoucha and Afrata. Chania is easy to visit using a local free park and ride service. All in all, this was a lovely place to stay. Thank you Maria and Andreas.

The location of the villa is superb, on a beautiful hill above Agia Marina which offers amazing views and also gives a cool breeze on hot days. There is a lovely pool and gardens. It's an easy walk down to the square and to the beach and good exercise on the return journey! The hosts are very kind, responsive and accommodating. Andreas' nearby tavern, Aletri Taverna, is a beautiful and historic place serving authentic Cretan cuisine.

The apartment was beautiful and clean with amazing views of the sea and mountain's. The family who own the apartment are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point.

“Heaven in Crete x”

The property run by Maria and her family was perfect for us in every way. Maria and her family made us feel very at home and loved visiting their local Taverna run by Andreas and his family. We were spoilt by the views of the mountains and sea from our apartment. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sea view from my bathroom in anywhere I’ve stayed. Also v close to local restaurants and a short walk to the beach promenade of shops and beach. Maria and her family showed genuine warmth to us and loved their energy. We had access to the shared pool but we had it all to ourselves when we stayed! My daughter can’t wait to go back. Thank you

Everything. Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful, well kept garden and pool. Wonderful owners- Maria and Andreas and son Adonis - what a wonderful family. They couldn’t do enough for us. We will definately return.

“Nice, convenient, comfortable, away from the touristy crowds”

A lovely spacious flat, clean, true to the photos as advertised. Our flat was on the top floor with its own entrance via an external staircase. There are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed, spacious, comfortable mattresses, extra pillows, bedside lamps, good wardrobe space and each with a large flatscreen TV offering the standard satellite collection of channels. Good quiet air conditioning units in each room. Spacious bathroom, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped, we did not cook but I have no doubt if we needed anything the owner would have happily provided it for us. There was a welcome cooled bottle of white wine waiting for us along with some local cherries, olive oil, salt and pepper, vinegar, coffee. It had a filter coffee machine and kettle. There was a very small balcony off the kitchen, with afternoon shade, where we enjoyed our evening drink with view of the sea and hills. Beautiful open views off the front, as the house is on a hill. In the mornings we enjoyed an outside patio area which belonged to the flat, which had morning shade, in a lovely corner of the garden, nice breeze carrying the scent of jasmine… The location was superb for us as it was just over 1 km from the touristy strip so in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill. It is indeed close to a main road which although noisy, was only audible when we were outside and honestly didn’t detract from our stay at all. Reliable Wi-Fi. We did have a car, but it’s not an absolute must if you don’t mind walking up the hill in partial sun. The outdoor area is well looked after, pretty flowers, a decent sized pool with sunbeds etc. Lots of nice beaches, tavernas within a short driving distance, we ate twice at Aletri ran by the landlord, halfway towards the beach. We felt very welcomed, and Maria and Andreas really took care of us ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Would happily come back !

We had a fantastic 16 days stay with Maria and Andreas who immediately made us feel welcome. A beautifully maintained, well-equipped accommodation with beautiful sea view, beautiful garden, swimmingpool, lots of privacy and comfort. For us a good base for trips and hikes in the West part of Chania. The family restaurant Aletri Tavern is highly recommanded. Delicious traditional food and very friendly staff including Maria and Andreas' s son Adonis. Thanks once again for your kind hospitality and concern. For us an absolute reason for a return.

The apartment is so beautiful, clean and comfortable with amazing sea views! The gardens and pool are also gorgeous and very well kept. What tops it all are the owners and their son who are such lovely, genuinely kind people. We just loved staying at Andromia! And also really enjoyed the delicious food at their family tavern :-)

A beautiful outlook ,can even see the ocean from the apartment. We didn't have a car/ motorbike so walking up to the location was a bit difficult. But we stayed fit!

Staying at the Andromia Apartments, hosted by wonderful Greek family, was an absolute delight and a truly memorable experience. That place offers a fantastic blend of comfort and independence, it was the excellent choice for spending our vacation there. It is incredible clean, well-furnished, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything what is needed for a relaxing vacation. With the convenience of a kitchen, spacious living area, and two very comfortable bedrooms you can feel like home. The highlight of the accommodation was undoubtedly the pool. It was impeccably maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful flowers. I can highly recommend this place for a short or long stay. When you will be there, don’t forget to go to the Alerti Taverna owned by the Family, I absolutely adore that place and I have to say, there's something incredibly special about dining at one. Unique cretan cuisine, warm hospitality, great surrounding and decoration makes you feel happy We left Andromia with a sense of gratitude for the warmth and generosity of our Hosts and a longing to return to this wonderful place on Creta

Maria and Andreas were very friendly, accessible and helpful, the ideal hosts. The apartment is within walking distance from the sea and was an ideal base to explore west creta. The apartement met all expectations and the sea view was stunning.
