Very nice host. He gave us hints for restaurants and was very friendly and flexible when we arrived later then agreed. Really goog price-performance ratio. The accommodation was very clean. The view from the garden ist nice (good for breakfast in the morning). We can recommend this accommodation :)

A bit like a summer camp. Don't expect much, but you get exactly what you pay for. It's clean, got hot water, and excellent communication with the owner in English which isn't a given in Hungary.

We had a really nice 3 days at Aggtelek thanks to the fantastic beauty of nature, to lovely village and most important thanks to the great accomodation offered by Akos. It was a bit of time travelling but by the good sens, the accomodation was clean, comforrtable and very well located. The staff was very helpful and I have nothing negative to mention. Thank you!

Very nice and communicative owner who is responding to all messages in almost no time. A bit old building with maybe not a great rooms (no bathroom, simple beds, no chairs / desk inside). Two common bathrooms are available, also with very basic equipment only. However the kitchen (also - common for the whole place) - equipped with everything you may need to prepare even sophisticated dishes, plus coffee machine with free coffee! Also additional eating room is available, but almost nobody was using it - because there are many options to eat also outside (especially when the weather is nice). Plus - breathtaking view outside, almost completely black sky in the night and crickets chirping so loud you can't hear people talking :-D The place is also very safe, if small internal parking is full, you can just put your car outside along the building without worrying about it. All of that with a very low price, so basically if you need a budget location to stay for few days - it is a perfect one.
