Very easy. The host met us at the villa and provided 2 sets of keys and bottles of water which was very kind. She provided me with details for the local uber version app & for a food delivery app. She was really lovely and thoughtful. The Villa was stunning, clean, had a/c in every room and it was a great family stay. Would highly recommend
