The building is brand new, and so are the flats. The place we stayed in was very clean and well-maintained, and had everything you could need. The rooms were spacious and the whole place was very clean.

Located near Souk Al Ahad and not the beach which is 3.6kms away so i dont know why the photos show the beach. Big spacious secure apartment with fridge freezer, hob and other cooking facilities. Pool is as per the photos and attracts plenty of sun.

Very accommodating staff and they helped us out last minute when our booked hotel had let us down. Facilities were very good and clean hotel. Excellent for families.

Avoid this location book at own risk. It could of been amazing but unfortunately we will never know. They took booking last minute via AirBnb from someone on the street and did not honour our booking we made weeks ago. I was left on the Street with my wife and 4 kids for hours looking for an alternative solution. Only good thing is there was a guy helping us there who was amazing and there was contact via Whats App with host but unfortunately when I told them to kick out the last minute booking people he could not do anything. We were put up in a apartment for the night but was rushed to check out by a Old Man. Bad experience for my family, very disappointing.
