“Highly recommend!”

Amazing stay and much better than the pictures. Very modern, spacious apartment with all the amenities you need - from cooking equipment, towels, washing machine and well kept bathrooms and bedrooms and living area, it was more than perfect. Great balcony and a surprise private sauna too! Wifi,, air-conditioning, smart TV - everything was there. Pool area was kept clean, and there was a nice homey family vibe to it, also with plenty of sun beds and 24/7 security for the residential complex. Lovely location - walking distance from some local spots / coffee / food, an ATM and also very easy to hail a taxi if you need to travel a little further elsewhere. Host was great - very helpful handy tips as he welcomed us, but also super receptive to my whatsapp messages when I had the odd query. Really really recommend. We hear it might be getting some refurbishment done soon, but that only means it will get even better!

Modern apartment. Pleasant interior, sauna was a wonderful addition. Generally pretty clean throughout. Great location. Felt very safe, 24h security & secure door access system. We never met the host, but the ladies who came on check in & check out were lovely. The host was available via WhatsApp & very responsive. Had most things you could need, coffee machine was a welcome bonus. TV with a good selection of movies etc. It was chilly in Agadir at night, but we were cosy inside the apartment. Fireplace in the living room. There was an additional heater available but we didn't need it.

“Clean good location to bars and restaurants”

Property was nice and clean and all the essentials you need to stay in an apartment self catering.

The apartment was poorly maintained and had few amenities, but especially problems with the bathrooms. There was a strong, persistent odor. The host was kind and helpful in attempting to fix it, but to no avail. I requested a change of apartment, but this was not possible.

Walking distance from the beach and central to all local amenities and activities. Fully air conditioned throughout the accommodation and with the bonus of a two person sauna. Excellent pool facilities and spotlessly cleaned daily

“Terrible compared to the other one we stayed nearby”

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The trash can was broken upon arrival, and the host informed us he wouldn’t be able to provide a replacement during our four-day stay. The bedroom balcony door handle was also broken, which made it difficult to use and felt unsafe. The bed linens were not clean with stain and hair, and there was mold in the shower, along with a persistent drain odor. Additionally, the towel rack is inconveniently located directly above the toilet. Upon checkout, the host unexpectedly asked us to take out the trash, claiming it was in the listing—which it wasn’t. We were surprised by this extra ask, as it’s not something we’d expect from a rental. Overall, this stay did not feel like it provided the basic comfort, safety, or cleanliness we were paying for. Two days after my review, the host contacted me on my personal phone, offering a discount on a future booking if I removed my comments. I refused to accept the bribe. He then claimed my remarks were untrue and used abusive language, which I considered screenshotting to share here but ultimately chose to block him and move on. It seems he didn’t notice the photo evidence I attached to the review—or the pictures I’d already shared with him during my stay.

Fabulous rare find,clean large two bedroom apartment.Great kitchen area and views to pool area. Great host too, good communication.East access, good security.Fantastic complex. Excellent cafe to the Dominium Hotel a few yards from the complex. Easy 10 minute stroll to beach and promenade. Highly recommended.Great value. Good location to shops, restaurants .
